Music Coordinator 

Main areas of responsibilities

The Music Administrator is responsible for maintaining and executing administrative support to the Music Leader.

The incumbent will also be responsible but not limited to, the Planning and Booking of Musicians and Singers, the Preparation, Copying and Distribution of Musician’s Music Charts and Singer’s Performance Packs for the various rehearsals and performances at Mosaïek, Antioch and Praxis, as well as other special events.


The position requires an individual that possess a good sense of structure. An advantage for the incumbent will be a pro-active, confident individual with a passion for people and excellent people and communication skills. (Knowledge of music not essential but will be a benefit to the applicant). The individual must be structured as he/she will have a number of set tasks to work through on a daily basis. An efficient administrator is essential for The Music Ministry team, ensuring that everything behind the scenes of this ministry is running smoothly. The Music Administrator will report to the Music Leader and will be responsible for the successful coordination and implementation of office procedures and tasks related to the Music Ministry
