Mozambique News 30 July 2009 

Sometimes we can be absolutely sure about the ultimate future, but have little clarity about the immediate future. It is significant that the history of the first century church is called the book of ACTS, not the book of truths. The ultimate will only realize if we act upon it now, with urgency. In Mozambique, no day ever turns out as planned, but in the long run, one might realize a few goals.

It's been awesome to have a friend, co-dreamer and Mozaic trustee with me in Mozambique a couple days ago. Gert Bason, who has been an inspiration for years, visited different projects in Manjacaze and Panda, while we discussed future training possibilities. The fact is that for any growth to realize, being it physical or spiritual, education is needed. Mozaic is involved with all kinds of training in Mozambique and to make a greater, more intense impact, the need for facilities has grown. Through our network we have found resources to finish our current office facility and are planning to expand the facility to realize seminars, host students and cater for them. This will help us assist Mozambican leaders to reach their communities and equip congregations to raise the social standard of living. Praise God for this awesome new development.

In Panda we also visited Past. Taure and family. Past Taure is assisting Past Eduardo with Bible training at new church plants.
Mozaic helped Past. Taure with a house, Bicycle and we are now helping him set up a business for a side-line income.
In Manjacaze we visited the nutrition project and I'd like to share a couple pictures with you.
