Dr Ron Martoia is a transformational architect. His passion is helping people, and the organisms they serve, design, build and experience revolutionary change. His area of expertise is on the new and shifting landscape of church/cultural intersection, where he helps churches consider how they can reshape their theological outlook which in turn will shift and adjust their ministry trajectory and cultural interface. Ron is an established author and his doctorate is in the area of leadership and culture.

Juliet Benner's longstanding interest in art, theology and spirituality makes her a valuable resource in the use of religious art as a resource in Christian contemplation and spiritual formation – this being at the core of the writing, retreat work and spiritual direction she has provided over the past several decades. Juliet obtained her B.A. in English Literature at
Dr Theo Geyser is passionate about missional churches. He completed his MTh (cum laude) and his doctoral studies at the Rand Afrikaans University, about missional actuality within a post-modern community. He is married to Wilma, and lives in Stellenbosch with their three children, Carissa, Milan and Lucca. Theo is a part-time lecturer at the University of Stellenbosch, with post-graduate training in Missional Transformation. At the moment he is involved at his Stellenbosch Congregation and he is responsible for the establishment of a new church in Cape Town, known as InVia. Theo is currently busy with his doctoral studies in Nijmegen, Netherlands. He is fanatical about fishing, and believes that one of the forgotten commandments in Genesis 1:26 ...rule over the fish of the sea... should be restored in every missional church.
