Planet Project - Tree Planting in Cullinan - 23 October 2011
On Sunday, 23rd of October Missional Expressions experienced and attended an African church service and meal together with our community in Cullinan. After the meal 65 trees were planted at the Cullinan Church.

On 23rd October Jeanetta Basson and Missional Expressions attended the service at one of our African Churches in Cullinan. After the service and meal they planted 65 trees on the church property.

Pilgrimage Planet Project – 9 October 2011
You are invited to be apart of the joy of sharing in our annual Planet Project on 9 October 2011 at one of our African Churches in Cullinan. The Planet Project is one opportunity for us as a community to care for God’s creation. It will be a chance for Mosaiek members on the pilgrimage to experience an African service and meal, plus planting together.
A donation of R100 is payable that will go towards the cost of lunch & cool drink.
Die Expressing Hope Benefit Concert is ’n inisiatief van Mosaïek se Missional Expressions-span, om fondse in te samel vir hulle verskeie maatskaplike bemagtigingsprojekte. Dit is 'n musiekkonsert met 'n groot verskeidenheid gewilde kunstenaars. Kunstenaars wat in 2011 as deel van Expressing Hope opgetree het is Bobby van Jaarsveld, Elvis Blue, NaviRedd, The Dahlings en Marlee van der Merwe.

Die Partnership Developer vir Emthonjeni Community Centres, Mev. Estelle Mengel, is op 4 September aangewys as 'n finalis vir Mev. Suid-Afrika 2011.
Estelle, wat vir die meeste van haar volwasse lewe by welsynswerk betrokke is, het vir die kompetisie ingeskryf om aandag te vestig op die behoeftes in gebiede in en om Johannesburg wat deur armoede getref is.
"Ek glo armoede gaan nie net oor fisiese tekorte nie, maar sluit ook 'n tekort aan geleenthede in. Ek is passievol daaroor om 'n positiewe verskil te maak in hierdie gemeenskappe en om hoop aan die mense te bring. Ek glo hulle het almal die reg op 'n gelukkige toekoms" sê Estelle.
Baie geluk Estelle, ons wens jou net die beste toe vir die kompetisie wat in November plaasvind.
